August 10th was the big event for Bass Line Junkiez at Orange Island. There were posters everywhere for the event the week before. Of course, I had to stop in at Nutrie for a warm up before the weekend started!

DJ Inta was at the helm doing an awesome drum n bass set. He came out of the booth later and danced with all of us, too! DJ Liqwid had his debut on this date. He was flippin' awesome. Lots of very cool tracks in his set. And then finally, I saw dark psy dj Veronika with an entourage that included DJ Nebulae Sands. Wow Nebulae rawked the drum n bass as the last dj of the evening.

We all hung out the entire 3 sets... drum n bass is so addicting... hard to leave when it starts.

Later on, I couldn't stop, so I headed to Dance Island to hit DJ IsitheDreamaker's set of hardstyle! The place was hopping!

And the Orange Island event... wow... the place was packed emptying all the clubs across the grid! Woot for the DnB!

NUTRIE PARTY EVENT

This past weekend was full of events and parties on the Second Life grid! The Burning Life event, of course, was the highlight with the concentration of artists, musicians and performance artists working the BL grids. Our friends the Clams had a fun party featuring cupcake avies! So kewt! Xavier and I hung out there dancing and laughing with the cupcakes. We even got a free cupcake avie! So cool.

Lots of incredible builders creating such wonderful art, too. I especially loved the caterpillar at the Radar sim by Issum Mumfuzz... gawd... I just loved it!

Then, Xavi and I were off again to hear DJ ISI... he is truely a spectacular DJ! We hung out a Nutrie forever to catch ISI's set.
