Re-enactment to mark Uniontown Ky., bicentennial celebration

A Civil War encampment will be held April 1-2 in Uniontown, Ky., as part of Union County's bicentennial celebration. Re-enactors will arrive beginning at noon on Friday. Period music will be performed. Attendees are invited to wear Civil War-era costumes. This will be a living history event, not a battle. For more information, call Mike Moore at (270) 389-4268.
