I want to start a cosmetology business to go to peoples houses to do makeup like for weddings and stuff. What kind of certification or lisecing do I need to do this? Do I need a permit? What kind of schooling? Thanks.

You would need a Cosmetology license to begin with...Then the rest is up to your state board...Contact them, and see what you need because every state is different on their requirements.
